REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Rearm Marketing Sdn Bhd for SaaS subscriptions, digital services, or onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. For example, if you cancel halfway through your billing cycle, you will retain access to the Service until the end of that cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. Refunds will not be granted for any reason outside of our statutory obligations.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to recurring billing. Every calendar month or year (depending on your plan), your account will be automatically charged the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

You acknowledge and agree that we (through our secure third-party payment gateways) hold authorization to charge your card on a recurring basis. Failure to actively use the SaaS platform does not relieve you of your payment obligations.

3. CANCELLATION PROCESS

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4. FAILED PAYMENTS & DATA DELETION

If your monthly or annual payment fails, your account will enter a 7-day grace period. If you remain delinquent on your payments after these 7 days, your account and all associated access will be suspended.

As per our Terms of Service, we will hold your data for a maximum of 30 days from the date of suspension. If no payment is made within this 30-day window, your account, funnels, pipelines, and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our ecosystem and cannot be recovered.

5. LOSS OF ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

With your active subscription, you receive access to our exclusive digital assets, CRM pipelines, funnel-related templates, automations, and training materials within our ecosystem.

You acknowledge that Rearm Marketing Sdn Bhd, along with our technology partners and licensors, retain all copyrights and trademarks for these designs and workflows. All materials provided inside the platform are non-transferable. You are strictly prohibited from exporting, copying, or replicating our funnel designs, templates, or automations to outside ecosystems or competitor platforms.

Upon cancellation or termination of your membership, you will immediately lose access to all data, digital assets, and support communities (e.g., Facebook Groups,Telegrams Groups, Support Calls) provided by us.
